    Logan - Second Wednesday of every month 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM Fourth Wednesday of every month 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

    Box Elder - Tremonton (odd months) Brigham City (even months) every third Thursday from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
