Get Help With Quitting Smoking |

The Bear River Health Department offers tobacco cessation classes to those individuals who would like to quit smoking or using spit tobacco. Quit kits are available upon request as well as brochures. A variety of classes are also taught.
END (Ending Nicotine Dependence): is a smoking cessation class for teenagers. Participants are taught how to overcome not only the physical, but also the psychological addiction of nicotine. Classes are 4 sessions long for a total of 1 & ½ hours a session.
The class has a fee of $25 to be paid before the completion of the class.

TAR (Tobacco Awareness Reduction): Is a cessation class for individuals who have already been through the END classes. How to overcome addiction and habits are discussed. Classes are 2 sessions for a total of 1 hour. The class has a fee of $25 to be paid before the completion of the class.
Classes are taught at the Bear River Health Department 655 E. 1300 N. Logan, UT on the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of every other month
Adult Cessation Classes are taught on an as needed basis. Participants are taught how to overcome not only the physical, but also the psychological addiction of nicotine. Call 792-6500 for more information
