Retailer Education
The Bear River Health Department offers training and certification to businesses that sell tobacco. This program assists businesses in training their employees in tobacco sales in an effort to prevent underage sales. The training is a free service and can help reduce a fine in the event a store does sell tobacco to a minor. For more information on this program call 435-792-6510.
